How It Works
Once you sign up for one of our ongoing WordPress hosting or maintenance plans, or one-time services, our team gets moving. We reach out to you (usually same day) and confirm that we are moving forward with your plan setup or completion of any one-time projects. From that point, you can expect-
- Daily communication throughout the plan setup or project completion process.
- Requests for permission before making any changes to your website.
- Detailed reporting on recommendations and what we’ve done.
- If you’ve signed up for an ongoing service plan, we guide you through what else you can expect moving forward.
