Stripe is a UK-based creative communications agency with clients such as Virgin, NatWest, The London Eye, Madame Tussauds, St James Quarter, and Etihad Airways.
With offices in Edinburgh and London, they have amassed a phenomenal reputation and awards catalogue, working globally to help businesses and organisations generate content, conversations and clicks.

We love working with other creative businesses. Over an 18-month period, we partnered with Stripe’s internal leadership teams to rethink, reshape, and reposition the brand and its materials. This resulted in a renewed sense of purpose—one designed to generate buzz, conversation, and ‘Get People Talking’. This sentiment runs through everything, from their customer value proposition to their internal values.
Our initial consultation phase centred around exploring the incredible creative talent within the business to uncover their unique character traits, beliefs, ideas and ambitions for the future. Unlocking these insights was essential to build a brand that truly reflected their personality — it also helped to build excitement and bring colleagues on the journey with us.
The final brand identity and website employ rich content to tell their story. The wordmark is deliberately recessive, ‘letting the work speak for itself’. Our media-rich website has gone on to be shortlisted for a number of international awards.
