
Working alongside the senior management team, we designed and activated an understated brand identity system for Grow Consultancy.
We were tasked with helping to define the organisation from the ground up while unleashing their unparalleled sense of optimism and responsibility. To achieve this, we created five operational divisions: Consult, Think, Impact, Foundation, and Invest. These sub-brands helped focus the brand towards the diverse audience groups within an increasingly competitive sector.


The Grow Consultancy brand mainly comprises two core elements: the logo lockup, a wordmark and symbol, and the colour palette. Subtle imagery and typography are also used; however, the personality of the brand is mainly communicated through immersive colour and dynamic layouts.
A mobile-first website was then developed to capture and communicate the brand — this funnels audiences to the relevant page quickly and efficiently while sharing their unique perspective on the world of consulting and private sector growth.
