
We worked with Culture Consultancy to deliver a new brand, service hierarchy, conversion-led website and communication strategy. Working alongside their leadership team, we devised the line ‘Making Complexity Simple’ — a no-nonsense articulation of their day-to-day ambition to untangle their clients’ complex workplace cultures. This statement became the foundational principle on which the rest of the brand was built, using their expertise to solve complex problems through human-led, easy-to-understand partnerships.


The Culture Consultancy logo is bold, modern and assured, driving confidence and clarity through every touchpoint. The marque is constructed from an interlocking double C, suggesting transformation, change, and progression. Within the broader design system, the relationship between the marque and wordmark is consistently maintained, ensuring a uniform proportion — even when each element is used in isolation.
To help bring the system together, we commissioned Lindsay Broadley to photograph the Culture Consultancy team. These images became a staple across all materials, ensuring that there was always a human face to the brand.
We then designed and developed a fully responsive website to showcase the broad range of services. From helping clients scale up, embrace new technology, or overcome deeper-rooted challenges like post-merger culture clashes or performance decline, our approach was to outline how the Culture Consultancy team can assist.
