Bella Bas is the epitome of refined elegance, a stunning transformation of a lower level into a sophisticated yet inviting retreat.
Designed for a client with an affinity for all things beautiful and Parisian, this project seamlessly blends luxurious finishes, custom craftsmanship, and impeccable space planning.
At the heart of Bella Bas is the entertainment lounge, where plush, curated seating invites intimate gatherings around a bespoke marble fireplace surround. A nearby sitting area exudes warmth and sophistication, featuring exquisite built-in millwork with graceful radius details and inset lighting. Every architectural element was meticulously considered, from the handcrafted paneling to the coffered ceilings that envelop the space in timeless grandeur.
The bar is a masterful blend of function and artistry, boasting custom-colored appliances, sleek white oak cabinetry, cascading waterfall quartz countertops, and opulent brass shelving—an elevated setting for hosting with effortless style.
An air of drama unfolds in the moody theatre, where upholstered wallcoverings enhance acoustics and ambiance. Guests can recline in ultimate comfort or gather in the adjacent luxurious built-in banquette. For recreation, the space extends into a billiards and shuffleboard area, complete with pub seating, striking the perfect balance between leisure and sophistication.
Rounding out the retreat, a spa-inspired bathroom offers the pinnacle of relaxation, featuring a steam shower and indulgent finishes. Meanwhile, the pièce de résistance—a couture feminine closet—serves as a breathtaking showcase for the client’s designer collection, with custom display cabinetry befitting haute couture.
From intricate millwork to thoughtful lighting and tailored furnishings, Bella Bas is a testament to timeless elegance and Parisian charm, seamlessly blending comfort with couture in a space designed for both indulgence and entertainment.
