My niece got married yesterday, and we had a window of lovely weather:



But I had to back out of the reception due to back spasms (booger). I took a Tylenol #3 and slept for 12 hours, unless you count the few minutes it took for the cats to wake me for their breakfast. I've storm-prepped the patio (during which Sasha staged an escape and had to be chased and captured, which involved growling and bloodshed). All the kittehs are nervous and watching.



Large flocks of birds have been making low-altitude high-velocity runs down the lawn, which fascinate all the kitties (Cricket is on my lap watching intently in that photo.) We await the onslaught.
