Q: How do you pronounce "Moffat" and "Gatiss"?

A: "Moffat" is pronounced "Satan".
"Gatiss" is pronounced "Satan's best friend".


This pronunciation guide totally works for me.

To the troll on Tumblr: If you're going to set yourself up as an aficionado and defender of ACD canon against the evil slashers, you might want to 1)not refer to "elementary, my dear Watson," as canon dialogue, and 2)not refer to Watson as "James."
