Craig is the Founder of Whole Earth Foods and Green & Black’s organic chocolate. He’s the former Chair of the Soil Association, Chairman of Carbon Gold Ltd, and Chairman at Gusto Organic drinks. Craig’s career has followed organic food and farming, and he authored ‘About Macrobiotics’, ‘The Little Food Book’, and other food and farming related books.

Sarah qualified as a barrister in 2005 and went on to practice in criminal and family law for nearly a decade before leaving on extended maternity leave to have her two young sons. During this time she wrote about her experiences as a barrister in her narrative non-fiction memoir, “In Your Defence: Stories of Life and Law” (2018) which became a Sunday Times Bestseller.
In 2017 she moved to the Suffolk countryside and took on the running of a small farm. This experience forms part of her second narrative non-fiction book, “Rooted: Stories of Life, Land, and a Farming Revolution” (2022). It seeks to shine a light on the world of farming at a critical point in the future of the countryside.
Sarah has written for Prospect Magazine, The Times, Country Life, The Financial Times, Start the Week, Times Radio and Red Magazine and appeared as a guest on radio and podcasts including BBC’s Woman’s Hour, BBC Radio 3’s ‘Private Passions’ and The Spectator’s ’Table Talk’.

He has led Tech Nation’s flagship programmes supporting 165 companies to date, which have gone on to raise 50% more than the industry average. Alongside this, Sammy co-created Tech Zero, which helped 350+ tech companies advance their net zero strategies and mentors for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s Canopy Program.

Arizona is renowned for her sustainability advocacy in fashion, models for top brands like Prada, YSL, and Chanel, gracing covers of magazines like Vogue and Dazed. Beyond modelling, she champions eco-causes with Greenpeace and UN agencies. Her charity, DIRT, founded in 2021, focuses on soil regeneration to make fashion a climate solution.
Governments across the UK, EU and US are funnelling record investment into restoration and regenerative farming. With UK land-use and biodiversity policies imminent, founders, investors and corporates have a unique chance to influence the future.
