This is not the first time I place an order on the site, the service has always been prompt. I made an order on the website on November 7 and the status is still in progress. When to wait for the parcel to be dispatched? How to find out the tracking number of the parcel? Order number 533891. If you cannot send, then return the money. I’m waiting for your feedback. Problem with your order is you are in Kazakhstan. And currently there is no mail service form Vrindvan to Kazakhstan. That is the reason the shipment of your order is delayed.
So we have made arrangements now for your order, we are sending it to USA by courier and will send it to you from USA, as long as we can send it from USA to Kazakhstan.
We are experiencing problems sending to some countries still because of problems caused by corona virus, etc.
Very sorry for the delay but we are working to get your package to you as soon as possible.
