「紺青の海」 鎌倉＆各地で飲み食い散歩

ベトナム01　「大新」で決起大会

ベトナムに行こうということになり、フライトは羽田発午前1:50。
まずは夕食で集まろうということで、大新です。
五目焼きそば　　1,200円
羽田空港までクルマなのでアルコールは我慢します。

大新さんはコックさんで味が変わるのですが、最近は安定していて
この日のコックさんも無難にうまい。

ウズラの卵にハクサイ、ニンジン、青菜、えび。

しいたけ、きくらげ、ピーマンや烏賊、豚肉も入っています。

もちろんタケノコ入り。

麵は蒸し麺をフライパンでじっくり焼いたタイプ。
ただ、この日の麺は5~8cmくらいでブチブチ切れています！
コックさんの癖なのでしょうが、こま切れです。





中国語のメニューが登場していました。

そんなに中国人が入っているようにも見えませんが？？

夜も行列の大新さんです。

この後は、クルマで羽田空港へ向かいます。
