「紺青の海」 鎌倉＆各地で飲み食い散歩

酒飲みの鎌倉放浪記　251軒目(－２４回目)「鎌倉かつ亭 あら珠 総本店」さんのとんかつランチ

とんかつランチにあら珠さんです。
まずはキャベツとゴマ、香の物がやってきます。

キャベツはお代わり自由です。

胡麻はスリおろしてソースを加えます。

香の物は塩麹に戻っていました。

氷温熟成 豚姫 リブロースかつ定食　　3,520円
豚肉たっぷり250ｇです。

カキフライ　1個　　275円
250gのトンカツに、牡蠣フライ一個追加。

カキフライは正当派、牡蠣一個でフライ一個です。

タルタルソースは標準装備です。

250ｇのトンカツ、でかい。

そして銘柄豚だけあって、濃厚で美味しい。

この日は板長さん不在で若者が揚げていましたので、やや火が強め。

よく揚げになっていますが、肉がいいので柔らかくて旨い！
