酒飲みの鎌倉放浪記 28軒目（－3４回目）「大新 鎌倉店」さんの日常
最近、大新さんに行く機会が増えてきました。
東京からブロ友さんがやってきて、あまりにも暑いので町中華で乾杯です。
餃子 490円瓶ビール 600円
大新さんの餃子は昔ながらの関東風餃子。具材はパンパンではありませんが、みっちり詰まっています。
カリッと焼き上がっています。
回鍋肉 880円
キャベツたっぷり、ホイコーローです。
冷やし中華です。
冷やし中華 990円
泰信さんの冷やし中華は具沢山、近所のラーメン屋さんとは違います。タレはゴマ風味です。
キューリもたっぷり！
五目カタ焼きそば 1,180円
五目で巣から具だくさん、ハクサイ、タケノコ、ニンジン、豚肉、イカ、ピーマン、エビ、キクラゲなどです。
固焼きそばですから揚げ麺です。別の日です。
冷やし担々麺 1,000円こちら、出来上がりに少々時間がかかりますので、待ちます。
甘辛肉もたっぷり。
茹でもやしもたっぷり。
キューリ入り。
プリプリな海老。
温泉玉子はつぶしてマゼマゼ。
半チャーハン 580円 サラダとスープ付き。
半チャーハンですが、意外と量もあります。
具沢山チャーハン。
スープ。大新さんのスープは酢を入れると軽く白濁します。
チャーハンのサラダです。このサラダはいつから付いてくるようになったのか…
飲酒デビューした1980年代前半はサラダが付いてこなかった記憶です。
チャーハンだけですと野菜成分が不足するので、これは助かります。

このお店知っています。 美味しい街中華ですよね。 以前に同じようなモノ食べましたよ。
