Certain users have reported the inability to login to the Keap Mobile App following a transition to the Thryv login flow. After first entering their email on the main login screen then tapping the "Login" button, users are redirected to a blank white page at login.labs.thryv.com. At this point, they are unable to progress or continue logging into the Keap Mobile App.

Microsoft Edge contains a tracking prevention setting which defaults to ON and Balanced, which blocks browser storage access. Because of this, cookies cannot be added to the browser and ultimately JavaScript embedded forms do not appear.

UPDATE: Automation and broadcast actions should now be processing correctly. We are still looking into the cause.
Automation and broadcast actions are not processing. For example, when a contact triggers a tag goal if it is connected to a sequence with actions, such as apply a tag, it is not going through. Also when they are trying to send out an email broadcast it's stuck on sending now and showing scheduled, but stil showing queued in the report.

Summary:
Certain region (State) selections will result in the wrong location displayed on the contact record. This issue only seems to affect regions with ISO 3166-2 region codes where the second half of the code is a single character, and at least one other region in that country starts with the same characters. Examples: IE-D (Dublin, Ireland) will save as Donegal (IE-DL). Despite the value saving correctly (IE-D), the State field instead shows another region in the same country with a similar region code.
Currently, we only know of this happening for Equatorial Guinea, Guinea, Ireland, The Marshall Islands, Malawi, Paraguay, Romania, and Sri Lanka.

Some Apps: Merge fields added using picker in "Create a deal" process do not work as intended

Summary:
Pipeline deals created via automation and using merge fields may not work correctly in all apps. Apps experiencing this issue will notice that deals created in this way will show the merge field itself, rather than the intended data. For example, created deals where you intended to use the contact's first name will show [[contact.first_name]] instead of the first name of the contact.
Alternative Solution:
- Use the ~~ merge field format. These values would have to be manually typed or copied from other builders.
- Reach out to Keap Support to turn off the automation.builder.in.keap feature flag

We have found that when you try to duplicate check a large number of contacts (150K+) the action will error out with an error "ERROR: Didn't process enough"
