vCard | Print BioA seasoned industry expert with over 20 years of experience, Justin brings a mastery of multifamily market trends and steadfast leadership to his role as a senior vice president on KLNB’s multifamily capital markets team, where he oversees and propels investment sales and debt placement engagements. With a reputation for putting clients first and adapting quickly to market dynamics, Justin has driven the sale of more than 55,000 units totaling over $6.5 billion throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with a specialty in the Suburban Maryland/DC and Baltimore regions. His extensive network, proven track record, and nimble, collaborative approach are fundamental to enhancing KLNB’s stature in the multifamily investment sales market.
Prior to joining KLNB, Justin served as senior vice president on Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic multifamily sales team, where he represented with a wide range of clients including institutional owners, REITS, pension funds, non-profit organizations, family offices, private capital investors, and legacy owners.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from University of Maryland Global Campus.
