  • Exceptional Circumstances (100% Refund): If a customer provides a valid and verified reason for cancellation (such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or “Force Majeure” events), KK Tour Srls will provide a 100% refund. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to process this.
  • Overpayment: If a customer believes they have been overcharged or paid more than the quoted price, they may request a review. If an overpayment is confirmed, the difference will be refunded immediately.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE IN ITALY

To protect our business and your rights, we strictly follow Italian regulations:
