How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies all around the world, we ship from your closest warehouse location. The price may vary between 15 and 50 USD.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide, delivering to customers in every region. All orders are made and dispatched directly from our production facility, and we work with trusted international couriers to ensure smooth global delivery. Tracking is provided as soon as your order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for all online orders. If needed, we can also receive payments via Western Union, especially for special cases or custom orders.

Tracking & delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Once the order is processed, we will immediately send it out for shipment via premium delivery methods such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive your order in 10 to 14 working days. Rush orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days and will delivered to the U.S within 8-10 working days. Although we ship worldwide, time frames can vary by the slightest margins in regions other than the United States.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered). We recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that your order's address may be wrong. If your order is already in transit, additional freight charges may be incurred.

What is your Returns Policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

How do I return something to you?

To return an item, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and let us know the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the fault is ours.
