The purpose of its creation was to ensure that there was a place where the growing number of experimental and independent films could be screened and showcased to the public regularly.

The purpose of the study is to re-evaluate the freeze-all strategy of poor responders. I have inv... more The purpose of the study is to re-evaluate the freeze-all strategy of poor responders. I have investigated the best embryo transfer strategy in ICSI cycles with oocytes collected at oocyte retrieval. This study involves methods women who went through antagonistic co-treatment COS for ICSI medication between a period of January 2010 and December 2015. In reference to numbers, 879 women had 4 oocytes retrieved at oocyte retrieval, of which 645 had cleavage stage embryo transfer (ET), and 234 had blastocyst ET. Other numbers collected also show that 1384 women had a range of 10-15 oocytes retrieved of which 676 had a cleavage stage ET and the rest 708 women had a Blastocyst ET. The Vitrification of the Blastocyst was conducted through Cryotop procedure and FET using artificial cycles. The results in the first reference (879 women) showed that the cancelation rate was a little bit lower with 38%. This includes the pregnancy rate, the live birth rate per ET and per Oocyte collected. However the clinical pregnancy rate, the implantation rate and the live rate per ET of vitrified Blastocyst ET was recorded to be significantly the highest. The other group composed of (1384 women) had a cycle cancelation rate of 13.4%. this includes the pregnancy rate, the Clinical pregnancy rate and the Live birth rate per ET were much lower in this group. The Live Birth Rate was lower but the Live birth rate was not recorded as such low (Patounakis, Sundheimer, DeCherney, & Hill, 2014). However the Pregnancy rate, the clinical Pregnancy rate and the IR showed significantly the highest. Conclusions ET procedure has been held for typical or high responders. The enhanced pregnancy results from blastocyst culture and cryopreservation may challenge ART to extend this advantage to poor

Odili Samalu needs to tell the story of how he leaves the teaching profession in a small village school and enters partisan politics as the opponent of powerful man, once his revered teacher. Odili resents having to stand in a reception line for Chief Nanga, with whom he has grown disillusioned since he called for the head of the Minister of Finance and denounced Western-influenced intellectuals. At university, Odili had hoped for a successful career, which his father, a wealthy and hated retired politician, identifies with government office. Odili and the old polygamist are currently observing a truce in their stormy relationship.

The quality of human-working life and the attention for their wages is one of many other factors that influence the performance of employees. One of the main purposes of one being the labor of a company or employee is to earn income which could be in form of payments or compensations. Income earned can be used to fulfill the human basic needs such as food and shelter. Every organization in setting the income amount to each employee should be viable so as the lowest-earning income can meet the basic needs of their employee’s life. The salary calculation increases not only the provisions of worth living but also the productivity, the inflation, and the economic growth. The concept of work is generally divided into productivity which involves either the individual productivity or the organizational productivity. The individual productivity is associated with the personal dimension which involves, personal attitudes, and personal efforts while the organization productivity relates to the company’s performance at large. The aspect of payment is important because it could be effective if linked with performance. Any company’s effective payment strategy is expected to relate to the viability of the quality of work, the realization of the company’s mission and vision; and the company’s overall performances and achievements. Employees individual and team productivity measurement with use of the added net value shows that employee payments and employee performances have a positive correlation, but the proportion of growth of the added net value per employee is slower than the proportion of growth of salaries per employee. This means that employee payment directly affects the employee performances. Due to that, economist believes that employees are motivated by their rewards. The subject employee payment and performance seems to study how employees are influenced by their salaries and rewards in terms of their performance within an organization. The company management should always ensure that they have the best competent workforce that is able to handle various tasks. This takes us to the problem question on how employee payment affects the enterprise performance. This research, therefore, establishes the fact that payments of either form are necessary and that they affect the performance of any company (Antunes, 2015, p. 85). Various theories were taken into consideration during this study to give an explanation to the question problem. In addition, the performance management processes were used to determine the employee and the company performances. This study also majored on various payment systems that many companies use. During the study, interviews and questionnaires were adopted to sample employees and the company management on the view of payment and how it increases or decreases performance personally and that of the whole organization. Lastly a comparison of findings in relation to theories, a critical discussion which creates issues on employee payments in relation to performance and the conclusion which constitute the summary and recommendations of the whole research.
