Just as the title says, these are my ponderings about some Maou characters as they are shown in episode 1 to 7 (not higher, because I don't have the other episodes yet and thanks to my connection, I might have downloaded ep. 09 the time the last episode is subbed).
I honestly don't think I could talk about the plot at this point - it's all so convoluted and ...messy, and yet it still feels as if it would only take one tug on the right string to unravel the whole thing; but I really don't know which string that might be, so for me it's still all too much and to complicated to safely talk about it.
At this point, though, the characters themselves interest me, so I'd like to voice some of my thoughts about them here.
Note: I haven't written something about all characters, though I might add some to the list as the mood strikes me. It's just my way of trying to get my thoughts cleared up.
The characters that are here, are listed in no particular order, only as they came to my mind.

I had already written this a few days ago, but wanted to post it before watching episode 8, so, since I finally got ep 8 downloaded (download time? Disregarding pauses and the time I switched my computer off so that it wouldn't do something stupid and crash on me, or something, it was around 23 hours... what is wrong with you, internet connection?!), I'm going to post this now, as it is, and watch 8 right after. ^-^
EDIT: OMG I WATCHED EPISODE EIGHT AND I SPENT THE LAST TEN MINUTES WITH MY HANDS COVERING MY MOUTH MAKING INCOHERENT NOISES AT THE SCREEN AND I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I FINALLY HAVE EPISODE 9 DOWNLOADED (ONLY ANOTHER 6 TO 8 HOURS OR SO TO GO FOR THE DOWNLOAD!) AND OHNO SAID THAT HIS FATHER CRIED DURING EPISODE 10 AND I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THIS CAN GET MORE AWESOME/INTENSE THAN IT IS ALREADY BUT APPARENTLY, SOMEHOW IT DOES, AND I'M NOT SURE I'LL BE ABLE TO TAKE IT, I THINK I'LL BE CHEWING MY FINGERS OFF IN EXCITEMENT BY THE TIME THIS ENDS.
*draws deep breath*
OK, that was loud. But that drama is amazingly intense and I can't believe how good an actor Ohno actually is!
Speaking of Ohno... ( This isn't a spoiler for the drama, only for an advertisment that was during the end credits, but I thought I'd put this under a cut anyway, in case some people don't want to know anything before they've watched itCollapse )

A belated, but very HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!!!!
I hope the transition into 2008 was an easy one for you!
My New Year's eve was a very nice and quiet one - I spent the time at the house of my little sister's best friend and watched the third season of "Queer as Folk" with the two of them. (Our Christmas present to my sister's friend.) It was very interesting, as I'd never watched QaF before. (The girls explained things to me when I got confused, though.)
I have to say, I'll probably won't watch any of the other seasons - it's a bit too much drama for my taste - but I did enjoy watching those episodes. ^______^
We spent most of the night with that (apart from midnight, of course, when we went outside and played with fire-crackers). I eventually got to bed around 1 p.m. on the first of January, about 28 hours after I'd gotten up. (Which is why this is so late - I spent the rest of the day sleeping. ^-^)
Anyway, I thought that the best way to celebrate a new year, was to celebrate it with a new life, and thus I bring fic! Birth-fic! ^_______________^ You can blame Hana Yori Dango for that. Oh, and Wikipedia and Google, too, for giving me some of those interesting information! XD

Luckily, the rest of F4 are around.
