Cancel or update a CRM subscription

Access your CRM App account to manage and cancel or update your CRM subscriptions.

Cancel or update a CRM plan or extension

If you want to cancel a subscription or upgrade it to a different one, whether is a bundle plan or an extension, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Jetpack CRM App account.
  2. Click your profile avatar on the right end of the screen, then go to My Profile → Your Subscriptions.
  3. The page will list all of your active subscriptions. Click the Manage subscription link next to the subscription that you want to cancel.
  4. You will land to the customer portal.
  5. Cancel subscription or Update subscription.

When you cancel the subscription, you’ll be taken to our cancel survey to share your thoughts with us if you have the time. After choosing the most appropriate option, your subscription will be cancelled.

If you choose to update your subscription, the system will bring you to a page where you can select the preferred bundle plan to upgrade to. Follow the confirmation buttons/flow, and proceed to the payment.

Managing your subscription after cancellation

When you decide to cancel your subscription, you’ll still have full access to your premium extensions (or the extension you cancelled), including downloads and updates, until the end of your current billing period.

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time. Before your subscription expires, just visit your account page to reactivate.
