WELCOME to my journal. If you'd like to subscribe (and then add to 'friends feed' so you can see my posts) please do!

I'm a wife and a mum to two enormous grown up boys, quite often I may bore you with everyday life! Some explanation of the names I use in my Lj:
Mr Cee - my very wonderful husband of more than 40 years
Eldest Cee - the oldest boy - living on the coast of the SE of England we visit as often as possible
Youngest Cee - the youngest boy - living an hour away by car and newly engaged to
GF(P) - his girlfriend (P) who is now part of the family too

I used to work with actors and teenagers - I am pretty much un-shockable - I doubt anything you have to tell me I haven't heard before (or much worse). I've had several different jobs in different industries from Radio Broadcasting, PR, Childminding, teaching, training and educational moderating.

I'm a geek when it comes to technology. I love it - be prepared for squeeing at gadgets! I make stained glass things, and have far too many craft hobbies (I run a couple of craft groups each month), and I love art and exhibitions (those posts are unlocked) - if you want to friend me it would be great if you could let me know so I can friend you back.

I like honesty, loyalty and common courtesy and I have a very silly sense of humour. I can be rude, obnoxious and bitchy, but unless you piss me off you won't see that side of me here.

Rest assured if you're on my friends list I will always read your entries even if I don't have time to comment in some way (at the very least I'll click the little heart so you know I've been there). I have a permanent account at Livejournal because when they went on sale the exchange rate between dollars/sterling was so good. So now I journal for free but get the advantages of a paid account. I like the features of Livejournal and other journalling sites don't have all the additional bits I'm rather fond of here (including the bonus that I can have a screen name), but I do cross post to Dreamwidth because the current situtation here could change. I am aware Livejournal has flaws - no place is perfect.

I am very pro-active when it comes to equality for individuals - and I will challenge any discriminatory behaviour or language.

Welcome if you want to join me - if you want to pass on by, that's fine too :)
