12月になったと思ったら もう今年も残り少なくなりました。

「とまとの おもい」
“Tomato's feelings”
A green, green, green tomato. Longing to get closer to its beloved sun, it bathes in plenty of light and turns red.
A red, red, crimson tomato. Enduring the heat, enduring the dryness ― and thinking of its beloved sun, it turns sweet.
Sweet, sweet, sweet tomato.
When bitten into,
oozing …
Overflows.

「まっ黒い画用紙」
“Pitch-black drawing paper”
One sheet that our teacher handed out of pitch-black drawn paper, on which he told us to draw a flower.
I know flowers that bloom during the day, but any that bloom at night … I’ve had no idea.
I drew a bright blue rose there. The rose looks like a sickly one. 白い色の画用紙なら
On a white drawing paper, I could have painted a clear blue sky or a crimson sunset …
This black drawing paper seemed to enclose everything in darkness. I wonder what kind of flower the teacher wanted us to draw.
Our future looks like a flower blooming in a black world.
I wanted to draw. Mr. …. a flower blooming under a blue sky.

「まるくなって」
“Curling up”
Sometimes, I feel empty and lonely. And when I do, I curl up into a ball… and crouch down.
The sound of thumping, thumping, is the real proof that I am alive.
Becoming round is a natural process. No matter how small the water is, no matter how big it is, it always tries to become … round.
Perhaps it's because it protects something precious. Perhaps the Earth is round because it protects so many lives.
Curling up, Let me protect my precious heart So gently alone.

「D言葉」
“The ‘D’ Words”
Negative feelings and complaints piled up, day after day, we become irritable and constantly grumble; we’re easily saying, "D" words over and over again.
“Datte”: Because … (I can't do it.) “Demo”: But … (there's nothing I can do about it.) “Dose”: Anyway … (I'm just nothing special.)
Whenever those "D" words come out, we just stay stuck in that place. We keep going around in circles or can't move forward, like a computer icon spinning endlessly; And freeze after all.
Let's transform those negative “D” words into positive “D” words, shall we?
“Dattara”: then … (I can do it.) “Desukara”: So … (I can make something of it.) “Doshitemo”: I really want to … (become that way.) ｢ Ｄ言葉 ｣( 了 ） “The “D” Words” (End)
