
Mohamed El-Amin
Prof. Mohamed F. El-Amin is a highly accomplished professor specializing in applied mathematics and computational sciences. He is a full professor at Effat University in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he holds a permanent full professorship at Aswan University in Egypt. With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. El-Amin has dedicated his research efforts to a wide range of fields, including computational sciences, applied mathematics, transport in porous media, heat and mass transfer, fluid dynamics, turbulence, and reservoir simulation. His academic journey began with the completion of his Ph.D. in 2001, followed by research positions at renowned institutions such as South Valley University in Egypt, Stuttgart University in Germany, Kyushu University in Japan, and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. Dr. El-Amin's contributions to his field have been substantial, encompassing over 200 publications, including journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. Furthermore, he has played a pivotal role in academia by editing numerous books and journal special issues and organizing various workshops and conferences.
