Self-care when experiencing dysmenorrhea is important to pay attention to maintain reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence self-care in adolescents with dysmenorrhea. An online survey-based cross-sectional study was conducted to identify factors that influence self-care when experiencing dysmenorrhea. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The Adolescent Dysmenorrheic Self-Care Scale (ADSCS) used the instrument, consisting of 40 statement items with four answer choices on a Likert scale. One effort that can be done to control and reduce the number of events is by initial screening. These efforts have been carried out in a number of Puskesmas working areas in the form of PosPembinaanTerpadu (POSBINDU) Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM). The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of PTB POSBINDU in the Work Area of the Bangsal Health Center in Mojokerto. This study used a descriptive study design involving 46 respondents in POSBINDU PTM in the Work Area of the Bangsal Health Center in Mojokerto. The study was conducted in the range of August-September 2019. Data analysis in this study uses the frequency distribution of the data obtained. The results showed that 47.8% of respondents became cadres of POSBINDU PTM<1 year, 63% of respondents were still involved as health cadres in other service posts, 78.3% of respondents had never attended POSBINDU PTM cadre training, and 60.9% of respondents regularly visited once a month. there is a follow-up from the Puskesmas and in collaboration with other parties concerned to provide basic training on POSBINDU PTM. This is done so that the services performed can be optimal and in line with expectations.

Masalah psikososial dapat muncul selama pandemi ini antara lain merasa kelelahan, rendah diri, ketidakmampuan mengatasi masalah baik diri sendiri maupun keluarga, timbulnya konflik dalam keluarga, kecemasan, gangguan panik dan depresi. Ketangguhan keluarga menjadi salah satu hal yang terpenting dalam menghadapi krisis pandemi ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan selama 4 bulan, yang dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan sampai dengan tahap evaluasi. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of families with the degree of recurrence of people with mental disorders in Pesanggrahan Health Center, Kutorejo Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative analytic descriptive design through a retrospective cohort approach using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling. The study was conducted in March-April 2019. Measuring instruments using a questionnaire with the Spearman rank statistical test. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan motivasi, pengalaman, dan karakteristik kepribadian dengan tingkat kelulusan uji kompetensi ners. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik korelational dengan rancang bangun penelitian cross sectional. Total populasi adalah 228 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Keperawatan yang telah mengikuti uji kompetensi Ners. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan disleksia pada siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasional . Populasi sebanyak 42 orang dengan sample sebanyak 21 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling . Analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact Test. Hasil penelitian bahwa sebagian besar orang tua memiliki pola asuh otoriter sebanyak 15 responden (71,4%) dan sebagian besar siswa kelas 1 tidak mengalami disleksia yaitu sebanyak 11 responden (52.4%). The inclusion criteria were studies to journals published in the period between the years 2004 - 2014. Result : A pressure ulcer is any lesion caused by unrelieved pressure, usually over a body prominence, that results in damage to underlying tissue. Knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy are essential to the long-term care of post-stroke patients. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between the level of knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy of post-stroke patients in Lumajang. This study used a cross-sectional design. The population of this study was post-stroke patients in Lumajang. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling with the number of samples obtained, namely 55 samples. The variables of this study were the level of knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy. The data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire. The data analysis was performed by using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed a correlation between knowledge and motivation with self-efficacy in post-stroke patients, with p-values of 0.004 (r: 0.383) and 0.000 (r: 0.581). Patients were confirmed positive and patients died increasingly showing an increasing trend. Good knowledge and perception from the community are needed to break the chain of distribution of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of public perceptions about the risk of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive study and used 134 respondents from several regions in Indonesia and taken used an accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire consisting of 19 statements to measure people's perceptions about the risk of COVID-19. The results showed that the level of public perception in this study was 85.8%. The results of this study can be used as a basis for relevant parties in planning actions and also in formulating policies to break the chain of COVID-19 distribution in Indonesia.

This study aimed to describe the therapeutic achievement of children with autism at the Sub Specialist Polyclinic of RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. A descriptive study using secondary data from report cards or contact books was recorded based on the assessment of therapeutic aspects, which was carried out for three months.
