This Plugin allows you to put in place a small order fee should you wish to and gives you the possibility to configure the threshold (minimal order value below which to apply the small order fee) as well as the value of the additional fee.
Just install, no configuration needed.
Installing this plugin does not affect any other functionality of your website.
