Self-taught engineer, 15+ years building software that runs in production. As we say back home, "echao pa' lante".

I work across backend, frontend, and mobile, so I usually see the whole system instead of one slice of it. Backend I've used PHP, Python, Elixir, Ruby, Go, and Node.js, whatever the problem actually needs.

On frontend I stick to the common frameworks and care mostly about it being fast and responsive. On mobile I've done native Android and hybrid on both Android and iOS.

Most of my work has been distributed systems and microservices on GCP and AWS, with the usual Docker, CI/CD, and observability around it. What I enjoy is owning a thing from the architecture and data model down to the UI.

A lot of my focus these days is on building agentic AI for code security.
