Why Joy Circles and The Joy Circles Gang?

We intend for our young people to grow up healthy, joyful, secure in knowing their purpose in life and able to live into that purpose. If this is true, then we have some work to do. Never before have our youth struggled to the degree we see today. Childhood depression, anxiety, suicide, violence, and substance abuse are on the rise.

The Joy Circles Gang gives kids a place to go for 15-20 minutes a week where they meet with their peers in a virtual clubhouse and learn about life while having fun. They will easily relate to Atticus, Mateo, Libby and Mia, who face the same kinds of challenges. They  are joined by Alex, who is a little older and a lot wiser. Alex helps them understand that they are valued and loved. Additionally, Alex introduces the Gang to valuable tools that help them: “Models for Life”.
