Now can be ran on both windows and linux. The linux version MAY work on Mac, but I don't have a way of proving this
Can't download this in itch.io app, "No compatible versions found".
I have fixed this on my end, let me know if it still doesn't work for you

Fixed it now. Download the .zip file, extract it and then play the file called "backend"
"Game will not actually run unless downloaded"there is nothing to download, i think your page might be broken
