This work tries to explain and to interpret the possibilities of an interdividual pedagogy from theoretical and practical proposals developed from the Mimetic Theory of René Girard. First, the book Deceit, desire and the novel is exposed as the work in which it is discovered the mimetic mechanism that guides desire. Then, it explains the concept of interdividuality as the foundation of a relational anthropology, it questions the concept of individuality and it makes the horizons of an interdividual positive relations. Finally, there are three pedagogical proposals of girardian academics that deconstruct the contemporary pedagogic foundations and practices and develop new ones in light of this new anthropology.

First of all, it will focus in the specific topic of Justice in the context of post-conflict, and the role of the Post-Truth in Colombia's current context and, specifically, the use of the political discourse of Post-Truth about Justice. Post-truth discourse about Justice reflects a mimetic spiral that paralyzes attempts of peace-building and reconciliation in the Colombian conflict context. Because of this, the idea of Justice is reduced to a requirement of non-impunity, understood as a punishment for the perpetrators; but that does not imply essential aspects such as the truth, the reparation of the victims and the reconciliation of those who most suffered the consequences of the conflict. Finally, I will show the Communitarian Justice as a way to put the victim in the center of discussion of Justice and, in consequence, how this analysis is illuminated by Mimetic Theory, which inspires communitarian initiatives of reconciliation, resilience and social fabric building.

This presentation makes an analysis of restorative justice from an anthropological dimension, more specifically, from philosophical anthropology. Through the philosophy of Paul Ricoeur and René Girard, it makes an anthropological analysis of traditional practices of justice, which have their origin in archaic sacrificial practices. It explains the relationship between justice and sacrifice and how justice perpetuates the function of the Sacred in the secularized context. Later, through an anthropological reading of the Gospels, it proposes the possibilities of restorative justice as a non-sacrificial justice to generate conditions of truth, reparation and non-recurrence. Finally, it sets out a position on how such non-sacrificial reading of justice requires the active participation of civil society, as an essential actor in the restorative function of justice.
