Meditation Timer
Meditation Timer for Android is a free, open source app that can count and beep. It helps with repeating tasks, such as meditation.
In essence, it is a simpler version of Foto Timer, and a rewrite of the original Meditation Timer for PalmOS from 20 years ago.
Meditation Timer is working with "processes", which define how Meditation Timer counts, and how often it beeps. Processes can also be "chained" together, meaning that a process can automatically launch another.
Meditation Timer contains absolutely no "AI" whatsoever.

"Non-free" version [deprecated]
In order to connect with Wear OS, Meditation Timer needs to use Google libraries that are not open source. An app with a non-FOSS library in it cannot be posted on F-Droid, obviously.
If you have a Wear OS device, a watch, you can sideload the "non-free" version of Meditation Timer for your phone that syncs with your watch from right here:

Meditation Timer for Wear OS [deprecated]
I am currently building a version of Meditation Timer for Wear OS (watches). Not yet sure how to release that, but I'll find something.

You need to run Meditation Timer "non-free" on your phone, too. Use the "Push data to Wear OS" function. You'll find it in the main menu. Select the process(es) you want to transfer, they should appear on the watch and can then be started.
Selecting a process that leads into a next one, will also select said next one.
When you edit or delete a process in Meditation Timer on your phone, the watch will be synced if it is reachable, so processes should always be in sync.
Known issues
- There is a beautiful "Settings" button that does nothing
- When you edit a process on the phone, it will be transferred to the watch, no matter whether you had previously pushed it or not.
- The process used for pushing and syncing caches. Editing a process w/o changing anything means it will be pushed, but not received.
