The paper is Urdu translation of Dr Rizwan's research work titled,  "My Name is Khan....From epiglottis: changing linguistic norms in Bollywood songs." Original work published in South Asian Popular Culture Magazine 2018.
The translation was done by Wasim Ahmad Alimi and publish in a quarterly Urdu Adab. July to September 2019.

The article discusses the narrow possibilities of Machine Translation. The writer, very scholarly, explained the limitations of machine Translation and scopes of human translation with maximum examples and latest found machine translation apps on internet. Brief history of machine translation has also been discussed in the article.

The life, like a kind of canker has slowly eroded me in such a way that, even a meaningless call surprisingly knocks me.) Young, energetic, enthusiastic, and emerging Safeer Siddiqui is a poet of death and dream. A student of just M.A. Urdu in Jamia Millia Islamia has gained so much mastery and maturity in poetry that his seniors like me think that Safeer is a time traveler who is travelling in past. The elements of death and metaphors of dreams are looming large in his ghazals that have been recently printed as 'Khawabon ke Marsiye' [Elegies of Dreams]. This anthology of 72 ghazals beautifies emotions of self-killing in an artistic way that some of his fellow poets has started to call him 'the ambassador of death'. Interestingly his name, 'Safeer" also means 'the ambassador'.

Urdu has played an unforgettable role as a language of composite culture even before partition. During Freedom Movement, poets wrote patriotic songs and activists raised slogans in Urdu. But with the course of time, it has been labelled as the language of Muslims and therefore facing prejudices time to time.

Critical Analysis of Zehan-Zaad, the collection of short Stories by Young Researcher Tauseef Bareilvi. The book is the winner of Sahitya Academy Young Award, a prestigious literary award given by Government of India. The book is rapidly growing among the young readers of Urdu fraternity.

In this article, I have explored the significance of Professor Zafar Ahmad Siddiqui as perceived by the esteemed scholar Rasheed Hasan Khan. Khan frequently sought Siddiqui's expertise, particularly when it came to understanding Arabic and Persian phrases.

Gogabil Lake, located in Katihar, Bihar, is a vital wetland ecosystem facing severe environmental degradation. This study conducts a comprehensive ecological assessment of the lake, highlighting its current status, threats, and conservation needs. Our research reveals significant declines in water quality, biodiversity, and aquatic vegetation due to anthropogenic activities such as agricultural runoff, sewage influx, and unsustainable fishing practices.

Sohail Anjum's Urdu Sahafat Ke Frogh Mein Ghair Muslim Sahafiyon Ki Khidmaat is an invaluable scholarly work that delves into the overlooked contributions of non-Muslim journalists to the evolution of Urdu journalism over two centuries. Supported by the Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad Memorial Committee and prefaced by Dr. As'ad Farooqui, the book chronicles the journey of Urdu journalism from its origins with Jam-e-Jahan Numa in 1822 to its pivotal role in India's freedom struggle and beyond. Anjum skillfully highlights the secular and inclusive ethos of Urdu journalism through detailed profiles of over 60 non-Muslim pioneers, such as Pandit Mukund Ram, Hari Hardatt, and Sardar Deewan Singh Maftoon.
The book not only explores the stylistic and intellectual richness contributed by these journalists but also situates their efforts within the broader socio-political and cultural framework. Anjum’s engaging narrative, supported by archival research and historical anecdotes, underscores the collective and secular spirit of Urdu journalism, making the book relevant for academics, students, and general readers alike.
In a time when divisions threaten shared histories, this work celebrates Urdu as a unifying language and calls for a deeper appreciation of its legacy. This review reflects on Anjum’s contribution as a significant addition to the historiography of Urdu journalism and a testament to the spirit of cultural synthesis in India.
