All opinions expressed on social media, blog posts and any other place are my own.
I've been staying away from large online communities for as long as I've been on the internet. This is not about to change.
My social beliefs are fairly simple to understand. I believe everybody has the right: to be fed, to be housed, to health, to free information (encompases education in general), to privacy, and to dignity.
My technological beliefs are close to the ones of the CCC, namely: all information should be free; mistrust authority; judge people on actions, not who they are; computers can change lives for the better; make public data available, protect private data. I am also a strong proponent of Open-Source, in all aspects of software, media and environments.
More than that, I think every country should provide its own services with a layer of interoperability instead of relying on large United-Statesian services and silos. If public money was spent on it, it should be public code as well.
Likewise, anti-circumvention laws are a cancer that needs to be eliminated.
