Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At iWave, all purchases are considered final and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If you believe the product you received is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. Upon review of your complaint, the team will determine the appropriate course of action.
Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be initiated within 7 days from the date mentioned on your packing slip. When returning an item, please ensure the following documents are included:
- A copy of the Packing Slip / Invoice
- A brief reason for the return
- A printout of the email correspondence with our Customer Service
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 48 hours of placing the order. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched by our vendors or shipping partners.
Delivery Policy
In the event of unforeseen service disruptions—such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of iWave—delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement (such as for customized or bespoke products/services), all deliveries are expected to be completed within 6 weeks, regardless of the chosen delivery method. If expedited shipping is required, urgent delivery arrangements must be made separately.
For orders submitted with an incorrect shipping address, or if the shipment must be rerouted to a different address after it has been dispatched, a $11 redirection fee will be added to your order. We strongly recommend reviewing your order confirmation carefully to ensure all contact and shipping information is accurate. If corrections are needed, please contact us immediately.
