RoHS Compliance / Declaration
iWave is dedicated to manufacturing environmentally sustainable products by eliminating lead and other hazardous substances.
- All electronic components used in our assembled boards comply with the EU RoHS Directive.
- Compliance is verified through vendor test reports, declarations, or datasheets for each component.
REACH Compliance (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006)
iWave follows REACH requirements concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals.
- The ECHA Candidate List (under Article 59(1,10) was first published on October 28, 2008, and is regularly updated.
- We continuously monitor whether our products contain >0.1% (by weight) of any listed Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
- Supplier certifications and material declarations are rigorously evaluated to ensure compliance.
- To the best of our knowledge, our products do not contain substances intended for release under normal use conditions.
SVHC Reporting and Customer Notification
Under REACH, manufacturers and importers are required to assess and document the safety of substances used in their products. If a component contains any SVHC above the 0.1% w/w limit, the manufacturer is obligated to inform customers accordingly.
