This is a journal only mostly for and about fic. I may rant in it (and then totally regret it later--my opinions change like the weather, so please feel free to tell me why I'm wrong), or post fic, or use it only as a way for me to read fic. I'm not sure yet. In any event, I am always looking for recs, in any universe I like--and I like a wide variety--so rec me something! I am a fan of a bunch of stuff, including Star Trek, original trilogy Star Wars, Firefly, X-men, some anime, and once upon a time, I adored the X-Files with the fiery passion of a thousand suns.
Quick note on friending: I think of LJ as just a place to read the things that interest me, and I think of myself as fairly harmless--so I tend to friend at random--if you notice and prefer I don't, let me know and I'll unfriend you. I mostly friend people/comms that interest me, or whose fic interests me, but not for any reason deeper than that, and if you are more private than that, I understand. As for friending back, I am of course happy if you friend back--but only if you want to.

If you're looking for my fic, I've tried to put most of it under "my fic" in memories, but it's kind of in random order; if you're looking for fic recommendations, I have marked the stuff I like, although I give you fair warning that I tend towards the sappy and the hurt/comfort, so there is lots some of that; however, the stuff I like tends to run the gamut. The most extensive list is under Nu!Trek but I do have other lists of fic I like; for obvious reasons, it's all limited to things on LJ although there are some links to other places. Also! I have finally started using tags, and I am mostly consistent, so you could try using those too.]
