Glenfield is a vibrant residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, OCD and those with behaviours of concern. With six en-suite bedrooms and 24-hour care – including 2:1 and 1:1 support and two waking night colleagues – it’s a lively, safe and engaging place to live.

The people here are energetic and sociable, enjoying community outings, daily walks and routines shaped by our Strive model. Our stable, long-standing team is PBS and epilepsy-trained, bringing warmth, creativity and consistency every day.

Most people have lived here for over a decade – and the family feel is real.
