Step One

☆ Make a post (public, friends-locked, filtered ... whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

☆ If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

☆ Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.

Step Two

☆ Surf around your friends-list (or friends' friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

☆ If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

☆ You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

☆ There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just... wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

~ Cards are awesome indeed.
~ Icons are always welcome, forever. Most people should know my interests enough to know what I'd like. Surprises, whoosh.
~ Fanfic/short writing.
~ Anything historical, particularly Russian/German esque.
~ More personal things no one cares about.
~ CLOTHING. Not likely, but one of my best pairs of jeans is now ripped from mid-zipper to the ass, and a lot of my stuff is just old and skanky so. Fml.
~ Old fashioned letters through mail.
~ Stuffed animals/etc. Girly, but idgaf.
~ Money. |:

I really like Ivannovika a lot. :3a Which shouldn't be surprising, but, it's nice to have an animal that's mine. I claimed the dog as mine, the other cats, but my parents etc always took care of them instead and...well, they were shared throughout the household so I didn't count it any further. But Ivannovika's gonna live with me, grow up with us, and etc. She already comes up onto my lap to sleep or just...play, or crawls on my shoulder to bite my earrings and etc. It's just nice, having a kitty to call my babeh. That won't grow up into a pissy, selfish bitch like the other ones! Amen. *pets her*

Got rid of the last kitten this morning, so it's just her and Bingu now. It's so weird not having, you know, six or seven kittens running around and getting into STUFF. Sudden emptiness. But that's okay, I think they'll all go to good homes.

Also wow the TV has been...frozen I guess on this channel for like thirty minutes now. Not that I care, but without the TV on and all of us sitting here, it's actually kind of nice and quiet. Imagine that.
However I am slightly sad that I'll probably miss the new Criminal Minds. Why is this show such a druuuug omg. I think I'm almost listing it above House. Scary shit.

Aaaw they changed the channel fux everythang.
