West Bute House is located at 33 – 37 West Bute St, a row of five terraced plots, once part of the Britannia Buildings Development. Originally built in 1783, rebuilt as singular commercial plots in 1850, and separated for more than 100 years, the buildings have been reunited and redeveloped into a future-fit Commercial Quarters under the stewardship of West Bute Holdings.
