Flexible delivery model, tailored to you

The apprenticeship model is a dynamic blend of practical and formal learning:

On-the-Job: The apprentice works alongside your team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to your business from day one.
Off-the-Job: A minimum of 20% of their working hours is dedicated to formal training with a college or training provider. This isn’t just “a day at college”—it can be delivered flexibly through workshops, online learning, mentoring, or block release to suit your operational needs

Backed by government

Apprenticeships are regulated training products, quality assured to meet national standards for occupational competence.

In England: Apprenticeships are 100% funded for levy payers, and 95% funded for non-levy payers.
In Wales: Apprenticeships are 100% funded for all employers, but funding is limited so don’t delay.

Apprenticeships can be customised to include other qualifications, certifications and training. However, these elements are not covered by Apprenticeship funding and may be chargeable separately.
