Before starting installation, we can determine the pre-requirements for Log Shipping as follows.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Recovery Model must be either <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Full or Bulk-Logged<\/span> in the primary database.<\/li>\n<li>There must be a shared folder on the Primary server\u00a0that the Secondary Server can access. Transaction log backups will be kept in the shared folder and the secondary server will copy these files and restore the backups.<\/li>\n<li>The user to perform the Log Shipping configuration must be sysadmin role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The SQL Server Instance and the status of the Log Shipping process are as follows.<\/p>\n<p>Log Shipping i\u015flemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fimiz SQL Server Instance lar\u0131 ve stat\u00fcleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary (Production) Database:<\/strong> MYTESTINSTANCE<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secondary (Standby) Database<\/strong>: TEST2008R2<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After complete the requirements,\u00a0 now start installation of Log Shipping. I&#8217;m creating a sample database and\u00a0table called TestDatabase, TestTable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/salihdeveci.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/18.png\"><img 340px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before starting installation of Log Shipping, we will follow the steps as following.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take Full Backup of the primary database and restore\u00a0this backup on the Secondary Server in NoRecovery Mode.<\/li>\n<li>Perform the Log Shipping Configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Take full backup of primary database like
