It’s been a minute since I’ve popped in with a weekend snaps post (or really any post at all). Between coming down with a (thankfully mild) case of the flu, prepping for and launching The Bitsy Birds, and the girls’ after-school activities, life has just been full… and this little corner got a bit quiet.
Our weekends have also been slower and fairly uneventful—which, honestly, has been really nice. So this feels more like a handful of highlights from the past couple of weeks than a true “weekend” recap.
All of that aside, I’ve come across a few things lately that I’ve been really enjoying and wanted to share…
I’ve been completely pulled into “Love Story…”—to the point where I keep pausing to Google what’s fact vs. dramatized. Anyone else watching?
Also loving the Trip Mindful Blend drinks. I’ve been having one with dinner most nights, poured over ice in a wine glass, and it almost tricks you into feeling like it’s the weekend again. The strawberry and raspberry are my favorites.
And I’ve been winding down at night with “The Lies They Told…”
I’ll have my spring essentials post up later this week…
With that, I hope you all have a really good start to the week ahead 🤍
(Enjoying all the beautiful weather with lunch at Restoration Hardware… skirt, tank, sandals)
A quick 24 hour staycation to celebrate 16 years… a go-to hike, relaxing poolside, and enjoying drinks, the piano bar, and a beautiful sunset… olive slipdress, gingham skirt, black swimsuit, hat
Breakfast with, a quick walk, and then heading home… pants, tank, sweater
slow weekends… shorts, pullover

If you’re looking for a beautiful spring jacket, this one drapes beautifully.
We’re prepping to head to Cabo for spring break at the end of this week and I have a good sense of what I’m packing (might add or remove a thing or two):
I’ll be traveling in one of my favorite spring and summer pants (wrinkle resistant and the best material…)
this silky slip dress I wore last weekend
brown easy breezy dress
black silk skirt + tank
little red dress
red + white oversized button down
breezy little white linen dress from last summer
my go to sarong for the past several years
side-tie maxi cover-up (another piece I’ve had for several years)
black suit + red suit (but considering the yellow… have to decide between the two)
And I have my eye on this oversized linen button down (perfect for casual breakfasts) and this beautiful white maxi dress… perfect for a minimal wardrobe…
