The gift was in that Cafe by the forest part where you also can have a special scene with someone (no spoilers)
Does anyone know how and where to get the gift for Claire, I'm at the doctor quest and I'm stuck at claire
Edit: I found it and now done with the game sadly, I actually enjoyed it a lot and can't wait for more
