How do i restock armor and weapons for missions im almost out of guns?

gambling at casino is best win a bet save reloade if u lose to much takes a bit a tiem or gatic missions if u have em unlocked

so replayed a save from the party and same result no new content, even uninstalled and reinstalled

 So I got at one point subscribed to Patrion got the adult version, but i unsubscribed later on cuse of slow releases is there any way to just pay for the adult version without having to maintain an unwanted subscription to a site that i don't use much> Cus now i don't have access to the adult versions since the last update
