Not yet, I was struck my inspiration last night but I'll keep you updated! Thank you so much, I'll be sure to give inspiration shoutouts.

The idea of note taking or taking the minutes is really different from most journaling RPGs. I think that's the part that really piqued my interest in the description. I think it opens up the play to more players since "journaling" always sounds so labor intensive. But it also fits the theme of the game to give it that found media feel...Blair Witchy to an extent? Also the look of everything is great, I dig the visuals.
I like the idea behind this one and you've placed a lot of thought into trying to make it work. I think trying to recreate Gacha games is always a challenge for TTRPGs because there are so many aspects to consider. However, I think you created something that can also flow outside of the Gachapon world and seems to have echoes of old school RPGs too.
We gotta find one more person that have a water thing going on and make a bundle. I tell ya.
This premise reminds me of a bit of the Otohime story but also the obvious Little Mermaid connection. I really like the look of it, especially that preview image with the light gradient showing you that you're going into the DEPTHS. I think that's a great touch. And making it good for kids as well is very smart, did you consider adding this to the TTRPGs Teach Jam? I think it fits at least in terms of content and theme. This is good work! You're a ttrpg powerhouse.
A game that focuses heavily on the navigation aspect of boys liking things that their male peers might find girly. Not a giant cruelty-fest full of hard-homophobia but a game that I think cis, trans, and queer males will be able to identify with a lot. We knew guys like this, we were guys like this, we were taught to side-eye guys in these situations. More familiar and mundane than tragic - and that is wonderful!
I didn't read the zine but I did take a look at your page and you have very compelling viewpoint that you bring to this arena. The "This User Doesn't Exist", the idea of being negated, resisting time, abysses, disappearances - it's all very rebellious and subversive in the best kind of way. I like that you're doing this in a way that seems sincere and authentic.
Oh wow, this is an interesting way to revisit familiar card games. I think that's always a great method for game creation. Don't re-invent the wheel - add chrome rims with an art deco motif. Or something along those lines, lol. Your games definitely lean towards comfort, rejuvenation, and focusing on the good in the world. What motivates you to do that as a team? Cause you seem like you do it because you enjoy it and not out of duty (which is sometimes obvious in games).
How fascinating, not a poem but it really is a gateway you're offering to share in the fever dream of the world in the game that echoes and echoes. A way to learn and release and appreciate and maybe heal a bit? The dark color scheme really sells the idea too. You have no choice but to be embraced by darkness.
This game is crazy and I mean that in the most EXTREME positive way possible. I can 100% picture what you're putting down and it is fun and zany and incredibly well-conceived. A little bit Kill la Kill, some Cutie Honey, a sprinkle of Ghosts and Goblins, I can see Adam Warren's Empowered playing in here - but in a setting that really is yours that leaves room for the players to dream things up. I clap for thee!
A game that creates a striking portrait of resistance, or a at the very least a snapshot in time. Quick in a way that allows you to understand that the battle/effort is never over and that intimacy and connection cannot be stopped.
I'm not sure I can fully describe what you've made but it's very artistic. Like performance art, but removed from the creator? It's neat!
The name alone is chilling. We're only infinity years old once. Some of us never make it to double-infinity whole.
From what I've seen you're offering a whirlwind of mental reflection. It's interesting that it's a game that shouldn't be played, but likely will be anyway because the mind is always at work. Definitely a lyrical RPG with a lot of heart put into it.
Such a strong lens/viewpoint for this one. I feel as I learned new things about our world even though you present a fictional to prospective players. The rules and presentation are so simple but really powerful. You've given us something VERY deep. It took me a minute to realize you meant the ACTUAL intimate act of adding stripes (to that end you may want to suggest players can also use gel pens - I used to draw on classmates with them because they wash off easily).
Certainly a powerful lyrical ttrpg. Great presentation and beautiful wording. It really hit me that this has great therapeutic value for many people. I thought it when it had the 18+ note that it would be something else entirely but instead it highlights that as adults healing becomes even more important - and ever more solitary at times.
This was really a wonderful entry.
You reduced your price to an angel number?! Interesting. Was there a reason?
And I really like the candy color scheme you went with for aesthetic. I also don't think I've seen many games with the specific focus of being a dating sim. Tarot is the perfect oracle-base for facilitating that too.
Lots of smart things here!
Oh my goodness, that Moppet preview took me a minute but then I could only blink as I recognized that it wasn't just, "What a cute little bit of remixing,"
A good game knows it's viewpoint and it looks like you made sure to do that with a very recognizable issue in the queer community. No magic, capes, or sex aliens. Just a prismatic look at people and how we can view them. I like that.
I want to be sure to answer the question asked in the other submissions - This game was specifically born from the end of the 2024 presidential election in the U.S. So many people were depressed, frightened, and finding it hard to function. I didn't know what I could do myself or what kind of ability I could possibly have to make things better. I wasn't a great orator, activists, or organizer of people and that seemed to be what the moment called for. However, I noticed around that time that downloads of my previous games here SPIKED. And I realized that giving people a bit of respite WAS something I could do. A pretty vision, an interesting world, etc. And slowly but surely I pecked away at this project until it came to fruition. And here we are.
Thank you, Beth! I'm glad you guys made this Jam too. I felt like I could reach some kind of finish line on this one.
The reason I was surprised was - In the past I'd give up on projects if they took too long to complete unless my muse was very strong. But I've been doing some internal work over the past 12 months and suddenly I felt the need to do this one and work on it bit by bit. Small parts. Consistently. That's not something I could do before, a patient kind of flow of creativity on one thing. Then came the time to put it all together and what I thought would be 15 pages max was over 50 and I was like, "OMG...did...did I do this?!"
If you'd asked me before I started this if I could make something like this I'd have called you crazy.
As it turns out small moves over time can create something big. Who'd have thunk it? lol
A very strong comic. We know, as readers, that things won't turn out like the main character is supposing but it takes real skill to then STILL surprise the reader with HOW bad it gets. I thought I had it figured out but -NOPE lol
I liked how you quickly altered the tone for that as well. You hit all the hallmarks of a good horror story so well, from establishing the pacing of the "mundane" to the frantic terror of the rising action.
This is absolutely GORGEOUS as a zine/story (storied zine?)
I was instantly immersed and the CYOA-style as a guide for the narrative wasn't distracting at all. I loved the little character pages like the strategy guides of yesteryear. Using particular palettes for each area really helped sell the idea too.
Great work!
A powerful short comic that truly hits on the emotional landscape for artists online and having to engage with social media. I've seen others try to depict it, and this comic is the best one I've ever seen. Great pacing, great choice to merge different artstyles (stylistic reality, how the "works" are painterly, how the...thing is given so much detail), and just enjoyable to read. It grabbed my attention and held on.
Wow wow WOW! Thank you so much for featuring my game in your review video. You had to go through a major marathon of games to talk about as succinctly as possible. And there were a LOT of choices this year to sift through. I'm so glad you took the time to play mine and liked it. And that you were feeling some of the storied vibes, the game really shines when played in journaling fashion.
I love how everyone gets to see their rival differently.
You've really made my weekend!
