Sorry for the late reply: at the moment i don't remeber exactly, but when you're gonna check the slutmaker circle to crossbreed her, it is written what you need
Probably you're missing some affection points

There is a crossbreed icon few squares above the craft thing (on the right of the heal icon)

Just finished the game: you need to craft all the previous characters in crossbreed room

Had the same problem: you need to download the itchio app for the mac and from there you can play to all the "game" apps

Need updated for the mac version too if possible as i would love to keep playing zombie retreat
