In last 20 years, relations between Turkey and Georgia have made great progress in the economic, political and geo-strategic context. For Georgia, which is trying to integrate with the Euro-Atlantic Axis, its relations with Turkey, the only NATO member on its border and its neighbor, are important. In terms of Turkey, Georgia has an important place in relations with Azerbaijan. In fact, despite the positive developments between Turkey and Georgia, there are some problems that have occurred in this bilateral relationship. Because, following the Second World War, the efforts of the Ahiska Turks, who were exiled from their lands in 1944, have already been finalized in full meaning and have not been resolved. The Ahıska Turks are a Turkish community that has lived throughout history in the Ahıska region of Georgia. After being deported by the Soviet Union in 1944, the Ahıska Turks were forcibly displaced to Central Asia and removed from their lands as a result of this deportation. The Ahıska Turks had a long history in Georgia before their exile and formed an important part of Georgia's social, cultural and economic fabric.
The position of the Ahıska Turks in Turkey-Georgia relations has been shaped by Turkey's sensitivity and support towards the Ahıska Turks. Turkey emphasizes that the Ahıska Turks are their compatriots and have common roots throughout history. For this reason, Turkey granted asylum to the Ahıska Turks, enabled them to acquire Turkish citizenship and provided them with social, economic and cultural support. This approach of Turkey regarding the Ahıska Turks has also been reflected in Turkey-Georgia relations.
The relationship between Georgia and the Ahıska Turks is becoming more complicated. The issue of the return of the Ahıska Turks to their lands and the restoration of their property rights has caused various controversies within Georgia. The Ahıska region also hosts other ethnic groups besides the deported Ahıska Turks. This situation has brought about some problems in the return of lands and property issues. The return of the Ahıska Turks to their lands is a process that must be balanced with the interests of the local population and the state. In this process, reconciliation and cooperation between the parties are important in order to protect the rights of the Ahıska Turks and ensure their integration.
In this article, based on the context of Turkey-Georgia political relations, the situation of Ahiska Turks will be examined. First of all, Turkey-Georgia relations developed from past to present and the historical situation of the Ahiska Turks will be discussed and finally, an overall evaluation will be made on the attempts to return to the Ahiska Turk’s homes.

Political science is an important discipline that studies the political thoughts, values and ideologies of societies. However, the concept of cognitive fuzziness points to an important problem in this field. Confusion includes factors that cause people's thinking on political issues to become ambiguous, complex or difficult to understand. In this article, we will discuss the factors that influence the formation of confusion in political science and the consequences of these factors. The concept of confused society refers to the complexity of social relations and difficulties in understanding reality. With the development of social structures, cultural diversity and communication technologies, societies are becoming more and more complex, while individuals make more and more efforts to understand the facts. Mental fuzziness in a society can be caused by a combination of many different factors. These factors can include political tensions, economic uncertainty, social transformations, cultural differences or technological speed. In a confused society, conflicts between people can increase, disagreements can intensify and it can be difficult to create a shared vision or value system. On the other hand, in a confused society, communication problems can also be widespread. Conflicts between people may become difficult to resolve and social cohesion and solidarity may decrease. It is therefore important to promote transparent communication and understanding in order for society to become healthier and more adaptive. This concept can be used to understand the state of a society and identify potential problems. It is important in a society with a clouded mind to make efforts to find solutions and improve social relations. In doing so, strengthening values such as tolerance, empathy and cooperation can help to build a healthier society.

Kimlik (identity) teriminin uzun bir tarihi olsa da, kadim tarihlerden bu yana en çok da yirminci yüzyıl araştırmacılarının araştırma ve merak konusu haline gelmiştir. Kimlik kişilerin ve toplumların bir özelliğidir. İnsanların ve toplumların bütün özellikleri pek tabi onun kimliğini oluşturabilir.

Azerbaycan en eski Türk boylarından biri olup, Sovyetler dönemi ve öncesinde uzun kimlik mücadelelerinden sonra yine tarihte kendi adından ve milletinden bahsettiren ve Türki Cumhuriyetler arasında bu anlamda yerinin apayrı bir yerde tutulması gerektiğini vurgulayan bir özelliğe sahip olarak günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Azerbaycan devlet bağımsızlığı fikrinin tarihi ise iki yüzyıldan fazla bir zamanı kapsamaktadır. Böyle bir zaman diliminde bu fikir büyük bir gelişim göstermiş ve milyonlarca insan bu bağımsızlık fikriyle yanıp tutuşarak tarihsel açıdan gerçek bir milli hareket durumuna geçmiştir. Bu yüzden Sovyetler Birliği içindeki milletlerin bağımsızlıklarını kazanması bu devletin çökmesiyle değil, kendilerinin mücadele hakaretleriyle gerçekleşmiştir.

Sovyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasından sonra bağımsız bir devlet kuran Azerbaycan, her şeyden önce bir “Azerbaycanlı” kimliğine önem vermiş, bunu üzerine inşa edilen politikalarla Azerbaycan’da yaşayan halkın her anlamda kendi öz kimliğinde kendini bulabilmesi için siyasi anlamda Azerbaycan milliyetçiliğine dayalı bir üst kimlik oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Bilişim sistemleri, teknolojinin gelişmesinin bir sonucu olarak sektörleri de aynı yönde etkilemiştir. Sağlık sektörü de bunlardan biridir. Sağlık kuruluşlarının çalışmalarını birbirinden ayıran bir unsur olarak bilişim sistemleri, günümüzün rekabet stratejisinde önemli bir avantaj kazandırmaktadır. Bilişim sistemlerinin yönetime katkıları, finansal ölçüyle sınırlı değildir. Karar verme sürecinde ve klinik bilgi sistemlerinin kullanımını açısından bu sistemler, daha başarılı sonuçların elde edilmesine katkı sunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda araştırmada da incelendiği üzere bilişim sistemleri, performans yönetimleri üzerinde de etkili bir unsurdur. Performansın ölçülmesine yönelik katkıları incelendiği takdirde bilişim sistemlerinin performansı artırmaya önemli etkisinin olduğu dikkate alınabilmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında özel hastaneleri ön plana çıkaran performans yönetimi, insan kaynağından daha iyi verimin alınabilmesine yönelik katkıyla birlikte kuruluşu öne çıkaran gelişme yaratmaktadır. Bilişim sistemlerinin bu yöndeki katkısı ise araştırma kapsamında önemli bir avantaj olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanlara yönelik performans ölçümlerinin takip edilmesinde ve geliştirilmesinde, hastaneyi ön plana çıkaran bir sistemdir. Araştırma kapsamı, çalışan performansına etkilerinin özel hastanelerde kullanılan yönetim bilişim sistemlerine yönelik olduğunu göstermiştir. Dolayısıyla araştırma, ifade edilen bu konular çerçevesinde geliştirilmiştir.

Iran and history of Iran are two topics which require extensive amount of<br> research and analysis. What makes studying these topics crucial is the effect that Iran<br> has had politically and culturally on other countries because of its historical changes<br> and geopolitical position. The same can be said for Azerbaijani Turks who live in<br> Iran and Iran-Azerbaijan diplomatic relationships. Taking into consideration that<br> studies about Iran is to bring some novelty to the field work, the topics of Iran’s<br> historical change, the effect of the Shia on forming its identity and historical phases<br> are covered in this study. After giving information about the history of Iran, the<br> subjects of Iran’s current governmental regime and position of Azerbaijani Turks,<br> who are one of the important groups living in Iran, are examined. In the last chapter,<br> Iran-Azerbaijan relationships are investigated with the point of view of Azerbaijani<br> Turks who live in the North of Iran and main problems are revealed. In short, this<br> study aims to touch upon the current position of Azerbaijani Turks who live in Iran<br> by examining the historical process of the relationships between Iran and Azerbaijan.

Bu makale, siyasi parti örgütlerinde psikoloji, sosyoloji ve siyasal bilimlerin entegre bir perspektifle ele alındığı bir karşılaştırmalı analizi sunmaktadır. Aristoteles'in Politika'sından günümüzdeki önde gelen sosyal bilim teorilerine kadar geniş bir literatürden yararlanarak, çalışma, siyasi parti örgütlerinin iç dinamikleri, liderlik yapıları ve üye motivasyonları üzerindeki etkileşimleri anlamayı hedeflemektedir.

Polonya ve Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği (AB) sürecindeki
ortak ve farklılaşan dinamiklerini incelemek için literatür
derlemesi yöntemini kullanarak, mevcut akademik
çalışmaları ve analizleri derleyerek, bu iki ülkenin Avrupa
Birliği (AB)  ile ilişkilerinin tarihsel ve güncel boyutlarını
anlamak
için
kapsamlı bir temel oluşturmayı
amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, iki ülkenin AB ile
ilişkilerinin karmaşıklığının ve çeşitliliğinin daha iyi
anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunulacağı düşünülmektedir. 
Çalışma, Polonya ve Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği (AB) 
sürecindeki ortak ve farklılaşan dinamiklerini belirlemek
ve anlamak için öncelikle bu iki ülkenin tarihini, AB ile
ilişkilerini ve entegrasyon süreçlerini ele almaktadır. Bu
kapsamda, Avrupa Birliği (AB) sürecinin başlangıcından
itibaren her iki ülkenin katılımı, müzakereleri, siyasi
reformları ve ekonomik entegrasyonu literatürdeki
çalışmalar ve analizler üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir.
Ayrıca, Polonya ve Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği (AB)
sürecindeki ortak ve farklılaşan dinamiklerini anlamak
için benzer ülkelerin deneyimleriyle karşılaştırmalı bir
yaklaşım da benimsenmektedir. Bu karşılaştırmalı analiz,
her iki ülkenin AB entegrasyonu bağlamında diğer aday
ülkeler veya Avrupa Birliği (AB) üyesi ülkelerle olan
ilişkilerini daha iyi kavramamıza yardımcı olmaktadır.

This dissertation aims to provide a comprehensive basis for understanding the historical and contemporary dimensions of the two countries' relations with the European Union (EU) by compiling existing academic studies and analyses, using the literature review methodology to examine the common and diverging dynamics of Poland and Turkey in the European Union (EU) process. In this context, it is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the complexity and diversity of the two countries' relations with the EU. In order to identify and understand the common and divergent dynamics of Poland and Turkey in the European Union (EU) process, the study first examines the history of these two countries, their relations with the EU and their integration processes. In this context, the accession, negotiations, political reforms and economic integration of both countries since the beginning of the European Union (EU) process are evaluated through studies and analyses in the literature.
It also adopts a comparative approach with the experiences of similar countries to understand the common and divergent dynamics of Poland and Turkey in the European Union (EU) process. This comparative analysis helps us to better understand the relations of both countries with other candidate countries or European Union (EU) member states in the context of EU integration.
The thesis also considers the political, economic, social and cultural factors affecting Poland and Turkey's relations with the EU. These factors are considered as important variables affecting the performance and dynamics of both countries in the European Union (EU) process.
