    Description

      Update docs/web-ui.html to reflect the UI modernization changes from SPARK-55760:

      • Document the new Environment page tabbed layout (SPARK-55834)
      • Document the Executor detail offcanvas panels (SPARK-55767)
      • Document the SQL plan visualization compact mode with edge row counts and detail side panel (SPARK-55785)
      • Update screenshots to show the modernized UI
      • Document the "Show metrics in graph nodes" toggle for SQL plan viz
      • Document the new table-hover row highlighting behavior (SPARK-55784)
