Add implicit preference as an option to examples/MovieLensALS

Add --implicitPrefs as an command-line option to the example app MovieLensALS under examples/. For evaluation, we should map ratings to range [0, 1] and compare it with predictions. It would be better if we add unobserved ratings (assuming negatives) to evaluation.
