Make examples and assembly jar naming consistent between maven/sbt

    Description

      Right now it's somewhat different. Also it should be consistent with what the classpath and example scripts calculate.

      This makes them consistent:
      spark-assembly-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-hadoop1.0.4.jar
      spark-examples-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-hadoop1.0.4.jar
