Description
- Confirm Board Resolution
- Create the project YAML data file in the _data/projects directory in the Attic site. mesos.yaml
- Ensure the: attic.apache.org/projects/mesos page has been generated
- Inform Users of the move to the Attic
- Ensure original project site pages carry the Attic banner
- Ensure the Wiki pages (see links on the mesos page) carry the Attic banner
- Update the project DOAP file (if any) or copy to projects-override
- Update Social Media (see comments) (❌) - see discussion here
- Get infra lock down project's resources - INFRA-27283
- Announce on announce at apache.org
