2) Delete from committee-info.txt

4) Inform users

6) Obtain source control karma and point source control mails to general at attic
6.1) i. Update website with Attic notice: http://abdera.apache.org/
6.2) ii. Update the project DOAP file: https://projects.apache.org/project.html?abdera
6.3) iii. Make source control read-only
